Budget & Finance
Kelly is a municipal finance professional turned entrepreneur. She was a senior management analyst for the City of Fremont, California, before entering the private sector and spending many years in public finance leadership positions at Standard & Poor’s and Fitch Ratings. In recent years, Kelly founded a meal service company that serves the education market.
